Finance Director - Multiple properties

For the Hospitality Group of IMP, consisting of De Plesman and FINE Hotels & Suites, we are looking for a Finance Director who will further shape the development and professionalization of the finance organization. Interested in learning more? We would be happy to get in touch with you.

Your Role

As Finance Director within the Hospitality Group, you are ultimately responsible for finance and act as a strategic sparring partner for the board, the shareholder, and the management teams of both hotel concepts. You will play a key role in bringing together two organizations, creating synergies, and further professionalizing governance, decision-making, and internal control. The hotels are privately owned and operated, with an engaged and entrepreneurial owner.

Your Responsibilities

• Contribute actively to strategic decision-making and long-term planning;

  
  

• Identify opportunities and risks based on financial and operational analyses;

  
  

• Responsible for management information and KPIs, including profitability per activity;

  
  

• Responsible for budgeting and forecasting;

  
  

• Ensure proper internal controls and accurate financial (year-end) closings;

  
  

• Create synergies between the two hotel concepts in areas such as management information, AI applications, and processes;

  
  

• Bring structure to processes and job descriptions within the organizations;

  
  

• Lead the finance teams (4 people in total).

  
  

What You Bring

• A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field;

  
  

• 8–10 years of relevant finance experience (preferably in a similar industry and at a senior level);

  
  

• Demonstrated experience in creating structure and driving professionalization;

  
  

• Proven leadership experience in managing and developing a finance team, bringing structure and focus;

  
  

• A hands-on mentality;

  
  

• Flexibility to travel between the offices in The Hague and Driebergen.

The IMP Hospitality Group consists of De Plesman and FINE Hotels & Suites: two distinctive hotel concepts with a combined annual revenue of approximately €15–20 million.
