Vondelpark is looking for a Front Office Host.

During your shift, you are the shining face of the hotel. You take care of everything: checking in guests, helping with the self check-in system, giving the best Amsterdam tips, and effortlessly selling a bike rental or sustainable goodies. You love chatting with guests, making a perfect coffee (or tea), and making sure everyone leaves with a smile. Here, the front desk isn’t the only place you shine – you also froth milk like a pro.

We are looking for someone who loves hospitality and has a passion for making guests feel welcome. You should be able to work independently and handle various tasks with a smile. Experience in a similar role is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are what we value most.
